Yes – the I.S.T. Board is specifically designed to be used while seated as well. This makes it especially valuable for patients who are not yet able to stand, as well as for seated balance training and mobilization of the lower extremities.
The I.S.T. Board is ultra-light and compact – it fits on any desk and requires only approx. 60 cm × 50 cm of space. Ideal for mobile use.
