New Clinical Study

Unlocking Back Pain Relief: New ICAROS Study Begins

We're pleased to share that a new clinical study, conducted in collaboration with Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln, is now underway. This study focuses on investigating the effects of ICAROS training for patients experiencing lower back pain.

The study aims to answer a crucial question: Can our exergame and VR-based movement therapy, incorporating controlled, dynamic planking exercises on a gyroscope-supported two-axis system, offer improvements in pain symptoms and spinal mobility compared to conventional therapy methods (functional training)?
