Usage
How is the ICAROS Circle used?
The ICAROS Circle enables effective training for core control, postural control, balance and strength. Users progress through a structured training process: starting with foot-controlled activation of the lower extremities on the I.S.T. Board, moving to guided horizontal training on the ICAROS Health, upright balance exercises on the ICAROS Guardian, and finishing with free full-body training on the ICAROS Cloud.
How long is a training session?
The duration can vary depending on the individual training goals and fitness levels of the users.
- Circle Sprint: 15 minutes (5 minutes per device)
- Circle Full: 30 minutes (10 minutes per device)
- Circle Endurance: 45 minutes (15 minutes per device)

Installation
How much space do I need to install an ICAROS Circle system?
For the complete Circle, an installation area of at least 3 m × 5 m (15 m²) is recommended.
- The space for each individual device should be at least 1.50 m × 2.50 m.
