Registration for the ICAROS Hub
The ICAROS HUB is the central solution of ICAROS GmbH for establishing the link to the end customer (B2C). The most important features are the central login, the subscription model and the evaluation of usage data (play time, calorie consumption, etc.).

Description and scope of data processing
On our website we offer the possibility to register for access to the ICAROS HUB by providing personal data and to create a central personal login. The data collected during registration is transmitted securely to us via SSL encryption and stored as inventory data in our ERP system. A double opt-in procedure is used to verify the email address.

Optional fields for performance measurement:

- Gender
- Weight
- Size
After successful registration, you can access the ICAROS HUB at any time.

In the ICAROS HUB you can edit the following areas of your profile:
- Photo
- Account details
- Login data
- Delete account
- Subscription management
Activity editing
You can upload local activity data to your profile.
Activity evaluations
- Kilocalories per day
- Device usage per day
- Comparison with other users (anonymised)
Legal basis for data processing
The processing of mandatory field data serves the fulfilment of a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For optional data, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
Purpose of data processing
Registration is required for the central provision of certain non-public content and services, including display of consumed kilocalories and device usage as well as rankings as comparison options with other players.
Duration of storage
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose of its collection or when you delete it yourself, provided there are no legal reasons preventing deletion. Data transferred to the ERP system is stored in accordance with applicable retention periods.
Possibility of objection and removal
You have the option of modifying or completely deleting the data of your customer account in the ICAROS HUB in the “Profile” section at any time.
