Registration for ICARACE
On our website we offer the possibility to register for access to the multiplayer racing simulation ICARACE by providing personal data and to create a personal login. A PayPal subscription model is available for premium features.
Description and scope of data processing
The data collected during registration is transmitted securely to us via SSL encryption and stored as inventory data on the ICARACE platform. A double opt-in procedure is used to verify the email address.

Optional fields for performance measurement:
- Date of birth
- Gender

After successful registration, you can access ICARACE at any time. The following areas are available to you:

You can edit your profile, manage your friends list, view achievements, review results, participate in events, follow seasons and view your statistics.

- Comparison with other users (anonymised)
Legal basis for data processing
Private customers: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (fulfilment of contract). Business customers: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Optional data: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
Purpose of data processing
Registration is required for downloading, individual races, worldwide competition, contests, rankings, sharing results and tracking kilocalories.
Duration of storage
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required or when you delete it yourself, provided there are no legal reasons preventing deletion. Ranking data may be retained after withdrawal for the integrity of ongoing competitions.
Possibility of objection and removal
You have the option of modifying or completely deleting the data of your customer account in ICARACE at any time.
