The comprehensive 3 hrs workshops are held by professional sports scientists.

• Level I: Comprehensive knowledge like the perfect setup, training effects, scientific background and a lot more. Free for ICAROS customers
• Level II a: Detailed knowledge for ICAROS use in Health & Therapy (180 € p.p)
• Level II b: Detailed knowledge for ICAROS use in Sports & Fitness (180 € p.p)
