Description and scope of data processing
You have the option to contact us via a contact form and e-mail addresses. If a contact is established via this communication channel, the transmitted personal data of the user will be stored.

Contact form:
mandatory fields:

  • E-mail address
  • First and last name

Optional fields:

  • Company
  • Phone number
  • Country
  • Content of the message

  • E-mail address(es)
  • Content of the message
  • if necessary, signature with
    • First and last name
    • Address
    • Phone number
    • Company
  • Annex (attached document)

At the time of sending or receiving an E-mail message, the following data is also saved:

  • Date and time of mail dispatch
  • Data volume transferred
  • User's e-mail system
  • Encryption strength of the transport
  • SPAM filter analysis (if necessary, also of the sending system)
  • Message ID of the sending system
  • Reply e-mail address

Please note:

Enquiries via our contact form are transmitted to us in a secure encrypted form.

Communication by email may be subject to security loopholes despite transport encryption. For example, e-mails could be intercepted and read by unauthorised persons on their way through the Internet. If we receive an e-mail from you, we assume that we are entitled to reply by e-mail. Otherwise we must explicitly refer you to another means of communication.

The data will not be passed on to third parties. Your data will be used exclusively for processing your request.

Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for the processing of data transmitted while contacting us by sending an e-mail is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

If the purpose of the contact is to conclude a contract with the data subject Article 6(1)(b) GDPR is the additional legal basis for the processing.

Purpose of the data processing
We process the personal data transmitted solely to process your enquiry. This also constitutes the required legitimate interest in the processing of the data.

The other personal data processed during the sending process serves to prevent misuse and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.

Duration of storage
Depending on the purpose, the transmitted data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose for which they were collected, i.e. when the respective conversation with the user has ended and deletion is not opposed by a potentially possible renewed contact or legal consideration (retention periods, accountability) prevents this.

Possibility of objection and removal
The user has the possibility to object to the processing and storage of his personal data at any time. In this case, all personal data stored during the conversation will be deleted, if no legal consideration (retention periods, accountability) prevent this.

In case of deletion, the conversation cannot be continued.
